not the one for me! I read from this author before and I liked her other books better. Maybe in the future, I'll jump back on her latest releases.

Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

DNF at 50%. There was nothing wrong, I just couldn't get connected. It felt like I was supposed to know more about these characters than I did, so I was playing catch up.

I couldn't get into the book but I will try with another one of the authors in the future.
