I really liked book one in this series and book two was an exciting and fun follow-up. It was intriguing to discover where the children are and what is happening to them. If you like YA sci fi along the lines of The Maze Runner, this is a good choice.

Alight is a reminder that we don't need to keep that status quo no matter who tries to suck your brains out and replace it with pure evil.  Scott sigler went beyond any work he has written in the past when it comes to creativity and story.  I like alive loved alight and looking forward to alone

Great second installment of this series,  Pure science fiction at its best.  Loved the aliens they encounter and how Em figures out that pictures are the best way to communicate with them.  The ending was amazing and I am looking forward to the next book,
