I was drawn to The Tried and True Tales of Phineas Ichabod Rate due to the gorgeous cover art. Unfortunately however upon beginning reading the novel I realised that I was not going to be able to read the full thing. The story, although interesting from the description, was too difficult to follow and too wacky for my tastes.
