Apologies for the lengthly delay in providing a review, thanks to Netgalley for the opportunity to read the ebook copy. I loved that this was not just a recipe book, but contained information and background to make steps to nurture gut health. It's so easy to take the ebook reader to the kitchen for cooking, but I am used to diving into physical cooking books still, where they take up space and I am reminded of their presence in my life on shelves and benches around the house, encouraging me to utilise them regularly. This book deserves a 3 star rating for content alone; unfortunately I have not re-opened it since the first month of downloading it. |

An excellent introduction to understanding the gut and how it affects the rest of your body.
