I did enjoy reading this book because it was two stories. One in the past and one in the  present .The two stories  kept me interested and wanting to know what happened to each character.  I also learned some  history. I recommend this book to be read.

The pacing of this book seemed slow parts and not plausible at others.   WWII is one of my favorite historical eras so I was grateful to receive a copy of this book to review.
