If you are looking for a police procedural, don't read this - it has holes the universe could fall through. if you are looking for mystery, suspense or thrills, again, don't pick this up.

If you are looking for a romance thinly disguised as a mystery (?) then this may suit. but be warned, it takes a very superficial look at a big and daunting problem - child abduction and trafficking.

Not for Sale is in places glib and cheesy. The characters are more interested in their love lives and where they are going to eat dinner, than in actively pursuing criminals. And when they do, its all so very easy. The paranormal aspects of this book are clumsy.

Really I can think of nothing to recommend this book unless you want a thinly disguised romance. Ooops, that was a bit repetitive, but then so was the book and really I don't quite understand why I bothered to finish it.

Thank you to NetGalley and The Wild Rose Press for providing me with a digital ARC of Not For Sale by Iona Morrison. All opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own.
