I started reading 'That's Not How We Do It Here' but lost interest after the introduction. While I often read about leadership and often enjoy books that cross genres or formats, I found the fable approach to be distracting and not as compelling as I had hoped. |

This has a lot of applicable information in a format that is accessible. I find that the ideas are immediately actionable, and my brain returns to them continually, so I think the impact is lasting. Definitely a subject we could all pay more attention to in our work and lives! |
