wonderful recipes from the middle east ....... All the recipes are must try .....

I just noticed this book show as not having been reviewed by me. I know I did review it soon after being offered it on NetGalley.. I can't now access it or find the review so I will simply say this.

I loved it, the food is wonderful, inspiring and very tasty. My husband made 5 meals from the book for dinner party guests, they all loved it too.None of us had eaten Lebanese food before I guess it's readily available in London but not in our area so it was a treat to try different flavours.

Some ingredients were tricky to locate but on the whole it was possible and I would love to cook more from it. Exciting and different, a really good book for the kitchen shelf.
