Nemo was, bizarrely disjointed and uncompelling? The story is a good one to be told from another perspective, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. It's so short for something that tries to be so involved, and when it ended it just... ended, without anything interesting happening at all. I don't even have anything else to say about this. It was just, nothing. I understand it's part of a series that had a very deliberate idea when starting out, but it just wasn't good, and that's disappointing.
