This book was incredibly special to me. It was mindfulness, humanistic psychology, and addiction recovery all condensed into one. One-of-a-kind is not a strong enough phrase for how magnificent I found this to be.

I always am so excited to find a new or different self-help book. But usually end up disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The layout of the book made me want to write in it, to expand on my thoughts from the quotes and pictures. This one, for me was different than your normal self-help

The journal is really beautifully designed and the pictures are lovely.

If you are looking for a good journal this would be a wonderful choice
