Unseen: The Prince Warriors 365 Devotional by Priscilla Shirer is a kid-friendly devotional that was written with the young warrior in mind. I loved the language that Shirer used to communicate her message. Unseen was encouraging, informative, and inspiring.

I work at a Christian school where we have morning worship. I read a few of the devotions to my students and they seemed to really enjoy them. It deals with a lot of the issues that teens struggle with on a daily basis the whole time encouraging them to place on the full armor of God.

I received this ARC from B&H Publishing Group (B&H Books, Holman Bibles, B&H Español, and B&H Kids) via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is a wonderful devotional, written in a way that is fun and engaging to reach the intended audience. I am working my way through this one slowly in 2017, but I can already tell that this one would be a hit with Middle-Grade readers who could benefit from a devotional of their own like this one. It ties in really well with the first two books in the Prince Warriors series, has great application to the lives of both kids and adults, and is packed with factual tidbits that enhance the understanding and enjoyment of some of the scripture passages referenced. This is a must-read for anyone who loved the series, or has considered writing devotionals for a Middle Grade audience.
