I have always had a fear to one pray out loud I have always thought I was praying wrong because of how I heard others pray. This book is helping me tremendously with starting to be more comfortable with my inner daily prayers and in time I hope for being more comfortable group vocal prayers. A really great prayer tool this book has become for me.
A great book that "teaches" you how to pray.
And by teach i mean that it shows the reader a way to explore praying, gives examples, shows how it could be done and what questions or thought could be explored from different passages.
I think its a great book if you need a little guidance, if you are unsure on how and what to take away from scriptures, how to pray in a different way than to be generally thankful or questioning of things.
