Are you ready for a clean, clear mind?

Anxiety, overwhelm, and rumination can be a tough cycle to break. The 14 Day Mind Cleanse makes it achievable with a program of simple techniques to clear out your mental clutter while introducing calm and positivity, helping you become your clearest, most grounded self.

Kick off the program with a daily meditation ritual and by tweaking your digital diet. Next, reduce multi-tasking, add a personalized morning ritual and banish “busy,” learning to achieve more by doing less. Finish the first week by adding techniques for positive thinking and “joy riding.” Now you’re ready to apply, rinse, and repeat for a second week, taking note of what’s working and what’s not.

In The 14 Day Mind Cleanse, you’ll learn seven daily techniques to help you realistically achieve and build clarity, these practices include:

The 14 Day Mind Cleanse gives 7 techniques to utilize in order to help reset your mind. Days 1-7 you are introduced to a new technique and on days 8-14 you implement all 7 into your days, including an 8th technique- journaling. The book does also include prompts for journaling as well as space to write!

I have read through this book but have not yet implemented these techniques, but I do plan on doing so! I have used a few of these techniques prior to actually reading this book and have had decent results, maybe implementing them in this order and for this amount of time will help it to work for me!

Thank you netgalley for the arc for my honest review.

There’s so much I love about this book and I can see it’s going to be one I come back to again and again. I’d prefer a hard copy of the book for that reason and will be recommending it on that basis!

This book is helpful in times as these, when you want to take a break from the clutter of the world and be in tune with yourself. The format of the book is simple, clean and the author's writing is concise-which overall made this such a wonderful reading and learning experience. I've been doing a social media detox for two hours every day and in turn I have more time to write and read books.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

Jacqui Lewis' book, The 14 Day Mind Cleanse, is a beautiful book that provides a thoughtful and guided path to finding a calmer mind. I've been looking for a roadmap to begin a mindful practice, but did not know how or where to begin. This is just what I needed to begin my path to mindfulness and meditation. Each day, for 14 days, this book provides detailed instructions on how to incorporate mindful habits into the day. I found the time devoted to completing the action items for the day well worth it! I would highly suggest a hard copy version of this book to take full advantage of the journaling pages and beautiful pages.

I enjoyed how simple yet effective these suggestions were, especially her tips on mediation, reducing screen time, and slowing down to embrace the present moment. I also loved the array of colors and quotes she shared in this book, I thought it resonated and added a special touch to each introduction. There’s also a section towards the end that asks interactive questions and encourages you to write down and reflect on your 14 day cleanse.

If you’re looking for a simple guide to follow when it comes to reducing anxiety, stress, and mental clutter, I highly recommend The 14 Day Mind Cleanse. Thank you to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group – Chartwell Books for this advanced reading copy (eARC) in exchange for my honest review.
