I was skeptical this book would actually be useful beyond the GLP-1 conversation, but Hobson's approach works for anyone dealing with low appetite, whether it's recovery, stress, or just not feeling like eating. The 100+ recipes are nutrient-dense without being preachy about it.
What made the difference for me was how he breaks down the strategy before the recipes. Understanding that smaller portions mean every bite needs to count nutritionally changed how I plan meals. The smart food pairings and macro-focused recipes actually taste good and don't feel like a chore when you're not hungry anyway.
Already made the high-protein options when my appetite tanks, and they work. Practical, no guilt-tripping, just solid nutrition in smaller servings.
I've been taking Zepbound for over a year and have had a lot of success. The thing that I still struggle with is my meals. I'm not always hungry, and I don't always feel like making food. This book is a great resource and entered my life at the right time. It's valuable and taught me how to make my food choices benefit me most. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.
