I always love reading Buzz Books to get a glimpse of what’s coming and was EXTRA EXCITED for the all romance edition - my favorite!!!

I immediately had to read through after downloading and added almost every book to my tbr! So many great romances coming soon and I can’t wait to read them all! Thank you for putting these all on my radar and to-read list!!

I always devour these Buzz Books as soon as they are available. What an awesome way to get exposed to books you wouldn't normally look at. I requested one and wrote the rest down in my notebook to get later on. Luckily I already have a few of these to review or I would have requested almost all of them! I love this idea of reading snippets of stories to see if you like the writing and the book.

I truly enjoy being able to preview upcoming releases, see what's happening with favorite authors, and read excerpts of titles I might want to purchase. Thank you for making this publication available.

This is a fantastic sampling of upcoming romance titles. I always love these lists because they bring titles to my attention that I was not previously aware of, as well as reminding me of some anticipated releases. It. was a great motivator to double check those preorders.

I simply love these Buzz Books! They give you a quick sample of upcoming releases. It's just enough to pique your interest and get your trigger finger ready to click "buy" when these books release or to request an ARC if they are available. There were several in this recent Buzz Book that interested me as my reading tastes in the Romance genre are quite broad. I can't wait to read The Bromance Book Club, The Blacksmith Queen, Love Lettering, Not the Girl You Marry....oh heck, they all sounded really good to me.

I am not really into romance, but thought I would check this out any way. There were some buzzy books in here that I have been hearing about so I am glad I checked this out. Also, really awesome that there are some nice excerpts of the books in here.

I received this free book from NetGalley in exchange for a free review. The book is a great way to taste test upcoming romance books. The first one or two chapters from 13 books are included from various authors and publishers. Some may be up your alley, some may not be; either way, each sample lasts such a short while that you move on to the next without wasting your time. If you like the sample, you can easily jump to requesting the title from NetGalley using the provided link after each sample.

Great Sampling

This sampling was a great way to become familiar with authors new to me. I especially like that the stories are diverse in relation to publishers, authors, themes, setting, etc. This allowed me the opportunity to get a peek at some books I may not normally consider. Especially looking forward to reading the rest of Rebekah Weatherspoons A Cowboy To Remember and G.A. Aikens The Blacksmith Queen.

I received this book on NetGalley in exchange for my honest opinion.

This ARC was courtesy of netgalley - all thoughts and opinions are mine and unbiased

I didn't even know these existed before signing up to netgalley
I absolutely love these and request as soon as able to. I love the fact that there are a series of them, different ones for different genres

This is a fantastic , must-have for anyone into romance books. To get to know what's coming up in the publishing world and to be able to read an excerpt is a real treat

I am an historical reader, so I confess I was eager to learn more about the next Duke Dynasty book by Sabrina Jeffries and the short extract has me on edge to read more.
I have already read The Princess Plan by Julia London and I loved it, I can only recommend anyone who loves historical romance with a bit of sass to add it to its to-read-pile.
Bringing Down The Duke by Evie Dunmore was a surprise, the cover so different from the usual used in HR caught me off guard, but I loved the two proposed chapter. The suffragettes vote and the late XIXth century period is not something I read often so it was a good surprise.
I will have a look on the other proposed reads.

I always rush to request the Buzz Books sampler as soon as they come out. This one comes with 13 selections and I am already giddy with excitement about "Love Lettering" by Kate Clayborn. Just from the excerpt I was immediately immersed.

Thanks to NetGalley for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I "discovered" Buzz Books this past winter (really, a smart friend turned me onto them!). I've also been reading more romance recently. So, I was excited to find out there was a Buzz Books Romance!

The Bromance Book Club's already on my tbr, and I'm looking forward to reading the Little Bookshop on the Seine. But this edition of Buzz Books also made me excited about Not the Girl You Marry, Love Lettering, and The Sunday Potluck Club. I also appreciate how Buzz Books gives me a quick way to learn about current authors and what's coming out soon.

My only complaint is that not all the books featured in this edition are ready for request on NetGalley yet!

This is the first Buzz Books I've read, and was so thrilled it was a romance issue! So many books to put on my TBR pile. I am especially excited about G. A. Aiken and Sabrina Jeffries! I also requested some of the other books highlighted. Can never have too much romance!

Books I'm looking forward to from this edition:

The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams
Not the Girl You Marry by Andie J. Christopher
Love Lettering by Meg Mackworth
The Dating Charade by Cassie Everson
The Little Bookshop on the Seine by Rebecca Raisin

What I love most about Buzz Books is that upon reading them you can get a glimpse of what a book's about and as such choose which titles you'd want to read and why. This collection has some that stood out that I feel would be a thrill, so that's a blast. I am not so keen on other titles, but that's the good thing about such a sampler-you've got many titles to sample and pick.
So glad I got to read this off Netgalley.

This was he first time I downloaded Buzz Books and it was a great way to get sneak peaks into the new romance novels coming up. There were more than a few that caught my interest, and I'll be happy when they come out!

Lots of great excerpts! I have read a number of the titles already but there were at least two that I would not have picked up if I hadn’t read the excerpt.

This was the best wish I have been granted. Thank you Buzz Books! There are so many good romances coming soon but I am looking forward to The Bromance Book Club, Not the Girl You Marry, and Love Lettering the most. However, they all are getting added to my TBR!

Having only read the work of a handful of romance authors, I was very excited for this collection of excerpts & hoped to find new some favourites... Well, thank you NetGalley! Have a bunch of authors to catch up on now, especially excited to read “Bringing Down the Duke” and “Love Lettering”!

If you are new to NetGalley’s Buzz Books I highly recommend you start reading! This year was my first time reading them and I will definitely be keeping my eye out for them which is why I requested this one. It’s a wonderful way to read excerpts of different books to see which ones might interest you. In each sampler I have found at least one book I really loved and am excited to read and that is true of this Romance sampler as well. It has a wide range of stories from contemporary, fantasy and historical so there is bound to be something that interests you. I also love that you can skip books that do not interest you by skipping ahead as you would with chapters so it’s very easy to do on my kindle. A few books were ones I have heard about so it was fun to read an excerpt and my favorite was one I had never heard of so I might have missed it without this sampler. These samplers are like movie trailers, there are lot of fun and some are really going to excite you!

I always love reading Buzz Books to get a glimpse of what’s coming but this was my first time checking out the romance-specific edition. I'm so glad I did! I immediately had to read through after downloading and added almost every book to my TBR list on Goodreads and Amazon! So many great romances are coming out soon and I can’t wait to read them and share with friends and followers. Thank you for putting these all on my radar.

Interesting excerpts from a variety of authors. All romance of course, some a little racier than others, some contemporary with others being period reads. Some reviews have sectioned each excerpt and reviewed. The blurb on each book or their individual reviews are sufficient information to decide if you want to read any of the books. Many were quite good and will make interesting fun reads!
Thanks for the ARC.

Buzz Books 2019: Romance is a great preview of upcoming novels for the next 6 months. I really appreciate the opportunity to see new and exciting romance novels that are upcoming. It's a great way to explore new authors and make purchasing decisions for my collection.

This is my first time checking out the Buzz Books Catalogue of upcoming Romance Reads and now I'm hooked! I don't know why I haven't checked these out before. It's a great way to learn about upcoming reads while getting a chance to read a couple of chapters of each one. It may not be healthy for my TBR but it's great for this book nerd.

Off to request a few new books!

Buzz Books Romance! Yes please....
I love, love, love romance and I was excited to get this so I can see what’s next on my lists! 😊

The ones that caught my eye:
• “Not the Girl You Marty“, by Andre J. Christopher sounds really fun so I’m going to have to read this one.
• “Love Lettering”, by Kate Clayborn is a must read and I’m actually reading this next on my TBR list.
• “Bringing Down the Duke”, by Evie Dunmore is another I can’t wait to read.
• “A Royal Christmas Wish”, by Lizzie Shane is a must read and I have to finish this for Christmas!

This was a NETGALLEY gift and all opinions are my own! Happy Reading!

This was a cute collection of stories. The character development in each one was excellent. I highly recommend you read this when they're released.

This is a collection of first chapters and excerpts from upcoming romance novels, including historical, contemporary, fantasy, etc. A very helpful tool for deciding whether to purchase a book for our library collection (and gave me far too many things to add to my own TBR).

Really loved this opportunity to have samples from various authors. Makes me want to buy several of them!

Love this resource to see what would be coming out next. It was very thoughtful and informative. As I have reverted back to my romance roots...this was essential to see what my Fall should look like!

I enjoyed the book. However, I did not read all the samples (I do not read any more historical romance). I really liked that the book included several categories of romance.

This was my first time looking at Buzz Books and I loved it. I appreciated the longer excepts and the link to request right after. Definitely made my TBR longer!

I had never read one of these before, and absolutely loved it. It is a collection of first chapters in books not yet published, some by established authors and some by first time authors. While I didn't love every story I found about 5 new authors to follow. I will definitely be on the lookout for the next Buzz Book collection. This is such a great way to introduce romance readers to new books.

Buzz Books 2019: Romance is a great sampling of this year's hottest upcoming books! I'm already in love with THE PRINCESS PLAN by Julia London and cannot wait to dive into NOT THE GIRL YOU MARRY by Andie J. Christopher.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publishers + authors who made this preview available to readers.

I'm a relatively recent romance convert, so this is a great way to try out some different authors and anticipate what's coming out this year!

I LOVED everything about this anthology. I think I seriously requested full galleys of almost each selection that was in it. I recommend reading through this for anyone who loves a good romance!

I don't know why I don't read these more often, but I'll make it a point to keep my eye out for them in the future.
Full of gems that I might have otherwise overlooked, and being able to catch an early glimpse of the story is just the icing on the cake!

These Buzz book summaries are a terrific help in choosing new books. Keep them coming, please. I don't always get the review books I want, but I know what to put on my wish list.

Great synopsis! I really love these Buzz Books. Great way to parse through some of the thousands of books that are coming out during the year.

I haven't read anything by any of these authors so it was very enjoyable to read excerpts so I can see their writing styles. This helps a lot so I know before hand if I want to buy/read a book because the writing style can really throw me out of a story pretty quickly. I love these samplers for that reason. I did find a few authors that I will definitely be keeping on my radar. I'm particularly anticipating The Bromance Book Club, The Blacksmith Queen, and Bringing Down the Duke.

I always enjoy getting a sneak peek at some titles coming out, and found several more to add to my to-read list in this collection! In particular I'm looking forward to reading Bringing Down the Duke by Evie Dunmore, The Princess Plan by Julia London, Love Lettering by Kate Clayborn, The Blacksmith Queen by G.A. Aiken, and The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa K. Adams.

This is first chapters of many romances coming out this fall. Many sound interesting so I've added them to my to-read list on good reads.

Ooooooo can't wait for next year's new romances! The excerpts are just enough to get an idea and become interested. They give you something to look forward to.

This book has a couple of chapters from a bunch of books. I found that it was enough to get me interested or know that it wasn’t the book for me.

-I have already read A Cowboy to Remember by Rebekah Weatherspoon and enjoyed it.
-I love Sabrina Jeffries so The Bachelor has been added to my TBR pile.
-The Blacksmith Queen was not my taste in books so I will be passing on that one.
-Bringing Down the Duke looks interesting because it takes place during the beginning of Women’s rights
-The Bromance Book Club has a unique storyline and definitely goes on the TBR pile.
-The Dating Charade takes you into the work of online dating in the excerpt but based on the summary, there is a huge plot twist down the road. It’s now in my TBR pile.
-The Little Bookshop on the Seine is right up my alley. I loved the main character right away and can’t wait to read the rest!!
-Love Lettering has a storyline I haven’t seen before (at least from the excerpt). I’m interested to see where the story goes.
-Not the Girl You Marry is a millennial’s romance which didn’t really appeal to me.
-The Princess Plan has interesting characters and piqued my interest. It’s on the TBR.
-A Royal Christmas Wish looks like it will be a good one. I enjoyed the first chapter and really liked the main character so it in the TBR pile.
-The Sunday Potluck Club starts out with a group of friends dealing with grief so I was a bit depressing to begin with but I like where the story is headed and I love Melissa Storm so it’s on the TBR pile now.
-Unspoken has a storyline I haven’t really seen before so I’m interested but I’m not in love with either of the main characters from reading the excerpt. I’m in the fence on this one.

This was a neat concept because you get a feel for the author’s writing style and the characters.
It was better than just getting to read a description/blurb and deciding to read or not to read.

Fun quick way to be introduced to new authors. Led me to some great titles and authors, I ended up requesting several of the full titles that were included.

Love the samples to help me discover new authors, stories, and books I would not normally pick up! Instead of looking at popular books and books promoted, this allows one to discover hidden gems.

So excited for an all-romance edition of Buzz Books! So many amazing new titles are on my radar and I can't wait to read them now!

I LOVE these books. It's like getting one of those big sample platters for two at a Chinese restaurant. You can try a little bit of everything without committing to an entree (hey, what if you don't like it?). Some weren't to my taste, a few were just OK (in my opinion, your mileage may vary), and a couple I really wanted to request ARCs of only to find out only excerpts were available. Well worth your time.

This exciting collection offers a sneak peak at some of the best in romance that readers can look forward to. Favorites include excerpts from Bringing Down the Duke, by debut author Evie Dunmore, Not the Girl You Marry, by Andie J. Christopher, and A Cowboy to Remember, by Rebekah Weatherspoon. The only downside is patiently waiting for these books to come out so that you can finish reading them all.

4/5 stars

*Thank you to NetGalley and the various publishers for allowing me this arc and the first chapters of these romance stories in exchange for an honest review!

I really enjoyed this collection of romance books! There were definite favorites out of the group that already felt like four and five star reads just from the few chapters I read. The absolute favorites were Bromance Book Club, Not the Girl You Marry, Bringing Down the Duke, The Dating Charade, The Bachelor, and The Princess Plan. Each of these stories had distinct personalities for their characters already and most of all made me want to read more about them! I can't wait to actually finish some of these stories.

I was excited to see a sample of 2019 Rebekah Weatherspoon's new book A Cowboy to Remember in the edition of Buzz Books Romance. I recently discovered her through her book Rafe. I also made note of The Dating Charade by Melissa Ferguson. If several of the other titles show up on Audible Escape, I will borrow them.

Such a rich source of diverse and fascinating stories from writers I would not otherwise have discovered! Appreciate the attention to offering selections for each of the major subgenres within romance, such as the paranormal, fantasy, and contemporary. My only peeve is that once I started reading each selection, I didn't want to stop -- but I guess that's not really an issue...the books are out there!

What would we do without our yearly issues of Buzz Books? I would be lost! Earlier this year I went searching for Buzz Books for Fiction, Non-Fiction, and Romance, as I normally do, and couldn't find them. PANIC! Eventually they appeared and I quickly downloaded each book, for each genre.

They never disappoint! Not only lists by month, but tons of excerpts from favorite authors, debut authors, and links galore to ARCs. I really have to hold my fingers back from requesting too many. So much fun! This one is just about ROMANCE; oh my.

If you, my friendly reader, have never read through a BUZZ BOOK, you must join the fun. It's a little like being a member of a special, elite club. We get to find out about all the great books coming out before everyone else.
Join us won't you?!

Thank you NetGalley, Publishers Lunch, and Buzz Books

I always love these Buzz Books Romance editions, they give you a broad choice of romances that you otherwise may have missed, from contemporary to historical. I loved the snippets of all of them, but especially can't wait for the Kate Clayborn 'Love Lettering' full edition now. I've already read the full version of The Little Bookshop on the Seine by Rebecca Raisin (I assume this is a re-issue as it was originally issued in 2015) and absolutely loved it, great series, she is one of my favourite authors.

***Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review***

This had a wonderful assortment of romance books! Some I've read already and others I have not. It gives a brief summary and a chapter or so to see if you like the writing style. I'm happy to say that there were a few authors represented in this book that I am excited to learn more about.

Excerpts of many great books!

I enjoy reading Buzz Books 2019: Romance because it gives me the chance to read the excerpts of many books that I normally wouldn’t be able to read because it showcases new books that are coming soon and you can never have enough books to read.

I’m really looking forward to A Royal Christmas Wish by Lizzie Shane!

I always enjoy reading and reviewing Buzz Books. They give me so many upcoming books to look forward to.

Some of my most anticipated reads from this particular edition are:
The Bromance Book Club by Lisa Kay Adams - First of all, the cover is adorable. I love the new trend toward illustrated romance covers. But most importantly, an all male secret romance book club is everything I never knew I needed to read about. Honestly, how could this book be anything other than endearing?

Not the Girl You Mary - André J. Christopher - Again, super cute illustrated romance cover. The summary compares this book to How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days, which is one of my all time favorite movies. A perfect book to curl up with when you are craving a cozy comedy romance.

A Royal Christmas Wish by Lizzie Shane - Um hi. A royal Christmas romance? What more do you need to know. It’s going to be perfect.

Unrelated to the content of the books at all (which does not mean this book will not be incredible because frankly, it probably will be) My favorite cover art of this particular Buzz Books edition was Bringing Down the Duke by Evie Dunmore. Absolutely beautiful art.
