Great, quick read with plenty of anecdotes throughout the book about people from popular culture, which makes it a much more interesting and lively read. The chapter with David Goggins inspired me enough to get out running in the morning, even when it is raining! I've always been a fair-weather runner. That alone would have been good enough result of reading this book, but there are a few other changes I wish to apply to my life.

Each of the 10 chapters end with a handy little summery, which I have bookmarked for quick reminders.

Thank you to Netgalley and Harriman House for the review copy of this book.
