Great, quick read with plenty of anecdotes throughout the book about people from popular culture, which makes it a much more interesting and lively read. The chapter with David Goggins inspired me enough to get out running in the morning, even when it is raining! I've always been a fair-weather runner. That alone would have been good enough result of reading this book, but there are a few other changes I wish to apply to my life.
Each of the 10 chapters end with a handy little summery, which I have bookmarked for quick reminders.

I enjoyed this book a lot. You can tell a valuable non fiction but the number of notes, highlights and quotes marked in your columns.

Until recently, Polina Marinova Pompliano worked as a journalist with Fortune magazine where she honed her skills talking to and writing about successful people. I've been enjoying her Profile newsletter for over a year now and so I knew I'd love her book. And she didn't disappoint.
