Tom Rollins, an ex army, ex CIA operative, finds himself in Detroit. He sets out to help Ruth and Calvin, kids who begin ruffling feathers years after their parents were killed.

Crooked law enforcement, gang wars, and roling action are what you'll find in this book.

It was the 12th book in the series, and you'll almost find the story playing out as an episode of Jack Reacher or FBI, in that it's the same amount of suspense and action. There is a certain level of predictability that I noticed. However, it was still an enjoyable read.

Thank you to Netgalley and the Publisher for an ARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

This was another winner in the Tom Rollins Thriller series, it had everything that I was looking for and enjoyed from the previous eleven books in this. The characters felt like they were supposed to and enjoyed how strong they were in this story. Paul Heatley has a great writing style and can’t wait for more from him.

This is book 12 of Tom Rollins series. This is the first book that i have read from this series and it appears that you are not missing from the story line by reading this as a stand-alone book.

Tom Rollins is a wandering man with a CIA and military background who finds himself in Detroit. He is a man who helps those in need and finds his self-helping a brother and sister who have lost their parents in the last couple of years and is a major part of the story. Tom finds that he will be caught between a war between two street gangs that want to control the city with one of these gangs that has an advantage of an alliance of a special police force who has minimal restraints in cleaning up the city. This is a fast-paced story. I will exploring the authors other stories.

Full Throttle is a great way to describe the action in this new book by Paul Heatley. Tom Rollins finds himself in Detroit and in the middle of a war between gangs and a pair of siblings in need of help. Mayhem is a good word to describe what happens and Rollins has his hands full with all the different characters involved in this story. It's another great and entertaining book from this author and I thank Inkubator Books and Netgalley for supplying me with it. Highly recommended.

Passing through Detroit, Tom meets brother and sister Ruth and Calvin Styles whose parents were murdered two years ago. Ruth and Calvin have been trying to discover who was behind the killings and their investigation has stirred up a hornet’s nest such that they themselves now have targets on their backs. Tom takes the siblings under his wing. He soon finds out there's corrupt cops, gangs having a huge war, and some other shady dealings going on! Of course Tom finds himself caught cool in the middle of everything! Tom won't leave Detroit until he knows the siblings are ok! This book, of course was fanfreakingtastic!! Lol I love me some Tom Rollins!! Definitely don't miss out on this action packed heart pounding book!! It's definitely worth the read! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me! Can't wait for more!!

Paul Heatley always delivers. Tom Rollins just keeps going, and the bad guys never seem to realise just how unstoppable he is.

A riveting read that I could not put down until I had finished it, with a satisfying ending. This author keeps getting better and better.
