Well researched, well plotted and engrossing historical fiction set in West Britain during the Roman Invasion.
Fast paced and plenty of actions, very good storytelling.

I really enjoyed the historical feel of this book, it uses that time-period perfectly and thought the characters were everything that I was looking for. The concept worked well and thought the overall feel of the story had a great concept. The characters were realistic and thought the overall feel of them worked. It had the elements of the previous books and glad I got to read this and continue this series. Damion Hunter has a great writing style and can't wait for more.
