This book was fine. It started out being really interesting, but honestly, as I read through it, it all kind of started to be the same thing over and over again. It was a lot more information that I was expecting, and while interesting, I think it was too much at times.

Irvin Muchnick does a fantastic job in showing the dark side of sports entertainment. It had that element of research that I was expecting and thought it worked well overall. It added to what I was looking for and thought it had everything and showed that there is darkness in things.
