Donald Miller takes the guesswork out of growing a small business. In a very clear and concise manner Miller has set out a 6 step plan (that doesn't need to be followed in order) to grow any small business. The easy to follow steps area explained using an airplane analogy. Starting in the cockpit with the Mission Statement (you'll start to critique all those business plans that "serve customers with honesty and integrity") and moving through the plane to right and left engine, wings, body, and fuel tanks. Each step has great examples and worksheets with links to his website for additional info. Perfect for any size or type of entrepreneur, an Etsy shop owner, Real Estate Agent or a larger organization with several employees.

Save yourself a great deal of time and headache, read this book with a highlighter!

The author's use of six frameworks and playbooks to turn their company into a machine that creates, advertises, sells, and distributes goods is the most crucial information in this book. These six actions may be implemented in the book's suggested sequence or in the order that would best solve their most urgent issues. To me goal of this book is to make the reader into the author, who will then be able to replicate the process in as many other enterprises as they like. Failure to identify and prioritize economic objectives, failure to market products with a clear message, failure to sell in such a way that makes the customer the hero, production of products that are not in demand or profitable, bloated overhead, and improper management of cash and cash flow are the six steps that will organize and grow their business. If they do not take these steps, they will continue to struggle with these problems.

This is a mind blowing book to boost your business, the author deserves credit and the book has my five (5) star review, thumbs up.
