Pros: The title of this book caught my attention as soon as I saw it, and I knew that I am the intended audience for this book (I’m an overthinker, a worrywart, and maybe a bit of a hypochondriac who needs to be told she’s fine). I appreciated how practical this book is and that the author notes that there are times when the reader should speak to a medical professional, not just read a book. The tone of this book is as if a funny friend is giving the reader advice and a bit of tough love, which made for a light read on what could be heavier topics.

Cons: This might not be a con after publication, but the version of the ARC I read on Kindle did not work well formatting-wise. It was great, however, when I switched to the NetGalley app.

Thank you to NetGalley and Chronicle Books for the opportunity to read this book.

I'm not one to read self-help books, but this one definitely grabbed my attention. However, after reading it I realized a lot of this information will not apply to my life. I feel like it was super basic info that you can find in a shorter article online. This was definitely not something I enjoyed reading.
