The book provided a good look at the pharmaceutical industry and good explanations of how the drugs work and how they were developed. I liked the conversational tone of the book and I found that most of the time the pacing was quite good. I did find that the book spent too much time on the individual cases and took some what I thought were unnecessary detours. Overall this book is well worth reading.
