In a future world where climate has reduced humanity to a few barely surviving cities, Lynx Takuma is a detective with enhanced abilities and a talking cat. She's facing the most dangerous case of her career and it's pointing her in dangerous directions.

The mix of gorgeous art style and noir storytelling really captured and kept my attention. There are a couple of moments when it could have benefited from giving readers a bit more information, but I think I get what Sattin is going for, and I'm willing to give them one more volume to build it up.

My main complaint is that the art gets a little too chaotic to follow. I read a preview copy that had a massive VIZ logo taking up about 80% of the page. It didn't ruin the experience completely, but some pages were hard to read, and I can't decide if it was the grayscale watermark messing with the art or just the art being too artsy to tell the story clearly.
