I’ve always been a fan of Bob Newhart and what this book did brilliantly is remind me what a great entertainer Newhart was. The writing is crisp and well-paced; the stories fascinating. I appreciated that Starr cited both good and bad reviews and I feel this book is an objective look at Newhart’s life. Thank you to NetGalley and Citadel for the advance reader copy.
