As stated in the blurb, the workplace is a challenging place for the autistic and employers need to educate themselves on all disabilities and neurodivergence, so firstly, I hope there will be guides for employers.
This book offers great tips and reflection, with several worksheet pages that allow for strengthening the autistic individual's positions in the work force.
