1 wedding, 2 best men, one hell of a love story!
Declan Ramsay was to be best man at his brother's wedding in Scotland, sharing best man duties with the bride's gay kid brother Sam. The best men wouldn't meet for the first time until a few days before the wedding, so communicated by email for more than a year.
But on meeting Sam Aiken, Declan is surprised to see he isn't a kid at all, but a striking, athletic blond man with a wicked sense of humor. Declan is alarmed by the ferocious attraction he feels for Sam. And as the attraction is reciprocated, the events at Dunloch Castle change everything Declan has ever believed about himself.
But is Sam Aiken all he appears to be?

5 stars -- Gripping and glorious storytelling
Maybe because I have a partly Scottish background, this story fascinated me from the start, with just the right balance of humor, tension, and magnificent lovemaking. This will keep you reading non-stop until the end, leaving you hungry for the next book in the series – can’t wait! Drew Kirkpatrick- Amazon reviewer
5 Stars -- Such a sweet and funny story.
What a great story. It was sweet and funny with just the right amount of smexy. I loved the Princess Bride references and the description of the Scottish Highlands and castle settings were just dreamy. Declan and Sam *sigh*, I just want more of them, so freaking adorable together. And I did not see the twist at the end coming. I can’t wait for the next novel. Highly recommend this enjoyable read.- MJ- Amazon Reviewer
5 stars -- What a great start!
Now, this is how you start a series. I loved the way the author gave you both viewpoints while still retaining some of the mystery. Sam and Declan are a joy to discover.
Just by this story alone, I can tell that I am going to love the other two as well. With mystery, action, love, and some steamy sex scenes, this promises to be a favorite of mine. - Denise- Amazon Reviewer
5 Stars --A Good Knot to Untangle
I really enjoyed this series! That said, it was a departure from other M/M romances that I think I needed. Isobel Starling has set down a great foundation in this book for hours of good reading. The plot, the characters and the backstory keep developing on a pace that allows you some introspection as you get to know all the players. There are some good people doing bad things, some bad people I hope get theirs soon and Scotland! Ms Starling has got my attention-I can't wait to read more!- Sean Andrew McNamara- Amazon Reviewer
