On Earth, they scan your thoughts and program your brain.
You’re safe. On the Moon, there is one law: contract is king.
You’re free. When telepath terrorists hack Detroit’s Neuronet with a suicide-virus, thought-scanner Sky Marion’s mom is among the infected. With no known remedy on Earth, and less than a week before the virus destroys victims’ brains, phobia-ridden Sky must risk her life and sanity on the lawless Moon if she is to track down the terrorists and find the cure.
If you’re a lover of light YA sci-fi with romance... uh, you won’t find it here. But if you like the idea of a techno-mind-bending tale featuring a 46 year old basement-dwelling female protagonist with social issues, come on in!
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Tony Mohorovich is a scriptwriter and the author of a solitary SciFi novel, Neurotopia: Geppetto’s Chains, but he has a thousand others in his head, which he will eventually write when scientists work out how to extend human life indefinitely, or create multiple AI copies of the human brain… or cure procrastination.
Tony has been known to provide services in return for monetary tokens of appreciation. His service areas have included administration, call centre helpdesk, labouring, lawyering, and project management for Federal and State entities. He has attempted to ignore the urge to write about made-up things on numerous occasions.
He remains hopeful for a pharmaceutical cure. Tony lives in Footscray (Melbourne, Australia) and is tolerated by his wife and children. He chose this photo because it hides most of his grey hair.
