It's 252 pages and about 74,000 words, carefully inter-laid with many b&w photos and other artwork, and designed for a particular format (8.5 in. square). It will never be an ebook. The very large pdf (66 Mb) you download is an exact facsimile of the printed book, with left & right pages together, in spreads.
