Dreams and nightmares are two sides of the same coin.
After his twin sister kills herself, Aaron turns to heroin. Life spirals out of control, and with the end looming closer, he rediscovers the kingdom they shared as children, the other world hidden in the woods of Tennessee.
But something dark has entered the Kingdom, and what might have been childhood fantasy has become horrifyingly real. As he explores the dream two children once shared, Aaron begins a mad journey to save the soul of the kingdom that once saved him.
And maybe, to rescue the soul of the sister he couldn't protect in life.
I released this book a few years ago with the intent of using it as an experiment of sorts. I wanted to see how much of an effect NetGalley had on the number of reviews the book received on Amazon. Turns out the answer is, "A really god damn big effect." After nearly two years there is exactly one review on there. It's long overdue, but here I am putting this book up for your reviews and enjoyment.
When you've finished, love it or hate it, please leave a review of the Amazon page for the book. Each review makes it easier for other readers to discover.
Be sure to let all your fellow readers know all my books are free through Kindle Unlimited.
Formatting Note: NetGalley requires that files be converted to EPUB to show up properly on a Kindle. I found the best conversion software I could at a cheap cost since this is the only place I ever use that format, but it does a few wonky things with formatting, especially paragraphs. If anything looks too egregious, let me know. On my Kindle it looks fine, if not up to my usual standards.
