As a top Manhattan realtor, my work is my life. It doesn’t bother me that I’m still single at thirty or that my assistant is my only friend. I like it that way. But now I’m being tasked with selling my late grandmother’s house in Havila Springs. A small tourist town in the middle of the desert. I lived there briefly during high school and fell hard for the local bad boy, Graison Wells. He broke my heart, and I ran back to New York as fast as I could. It’s been over a decade since I’ve been back or thought about Graison, so my goal for the next forty-eight hours is to handle Grandma Bea’s affairs then get the hell out of town before running into anyone from my past.
I only have one regret in my life, and her name is Summer Murdock. It was love at first sight until I had no choice but to let her go. That was over ten years ago, and now my life is busy raising a daughter and running a business. The last thing I have time for is Summer coming back to town with her golden legs and sexy smile. I fell for that once, and I’m not gonna let it happen it again.

*Return to Summer is a stand-alone contemporary romance for 18-year-old + readers
Remember your first love? Your first kiss? Those warm feelings of euphoria and nostalgia come rushing back in the pages of Return to Summer. Summer and Graison reunite under unexpected circumstances when she returns to her hometown to sell her beloved grandparents’ house. Despite the way things ended years ago between the high school sweeties, the attraction is still there, and the time apart has only made hearts grow fonder. I loved Harper’s charming characters, her slow-burn pacing and clever phrasing. As irresistibly sweet and blissfully refreshing as a double scoop cone, Return to Summer is a must-read that will leave you happily sighing. It’s true what they say: You never forget your first love. - Amazon Review
This book was just wow. It wasn't what I was expecting at all. So much emotion wrapped in this teeny tiny book that is perfectly disguised to make you think it will be a cute little romcom.
Holy hell this isn't a romcom. It is bittersweet and angsty. It made me laugh a bit and cry more. These two characters are so misguided and misunderstood, but so genuinely in love so many years later in spite of heartbreak at one another's hand. And Lord knows I am a sucker for second chance romance. I can't even explain how good this book was without giving it away. I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but trust me, you need this book. - Amazon Review
I thought I was really into dark romance but after this book, I think I'm sold for romcoms. Return to Summer was a refreshing mix of laughter, heat, and romance. This second chance at romance was just what I needed after a long day of work. I found myself looking forward to reading every night. I fell in love with Graison the moment I met him behind that bar. Summer on the other hand is so feisty and independent. The right mixture of sweet and spicy, heat and romance is just what is needed on a hot Summer day. If you're looking to really enjoy your Summer, then Return to Summer and a cold cosmo is all you need. Rock back on your beach chair, sink your toes in the sand, and journey with this beautiful couple as they figure out their second chance romance. - Amazon Review
