The Stitches on the Stone: Lauradelle’s Redemption follows Benji Watson, Janis Mayfair, and Edward Menzies—three very different people leading very different lives—who stumble upon a painted river stone interconnecting their lives through a web of horrors woven by the essence of the town they call home.

What began as a Halloween party of the ages quickly devolved into a race to discover the meaning behind Lauradelle’s surreal pitting of Janis Mayfair’s obsession with teenage Benji’s balefire—a mystical fire she saw burning within him each time she closed her eyes. Her fixation on Benji and the stone she mistakingly believed he carried forced Benji to elicit help from his friends, and soon they discover there’s more to Janis and the town of Lauradelle than meets the eye.

Meanwhile, Edward Menzies, a chauvinistic brute succumbing to his raging balefire, scours the town for the picture-perfect woman who can sate the fire scorching what he believes is his eternal soul. Those he deemed unworthy are beaten and locked in constructed pens in the basement of his home.

Benji, Janis, and Edward did not know that a single entity sat at the center of their mysterious web, manipulating the fabric of time to serve its nefarious needs.

One thing is certain. Lauradelle will never be the same.
