Description

Hired by a mob-controlled pornographer to investigate a grisly murder, Minneapolis PI Lyle Dahms faces murderous gunmen, merciless gang members, and a massive ex-professional wrestler who, besotted with the dead man’s wife, insists on tagging along.

If you like your PI’s hard-boiled and your dames smarter than they look, then this Lyle Dahms mystery is for you. More wise-ass than Sam Spade, as hefty as Frank Cannon, and on par with Mike Hammer, Lyle winds his way through a complex mystery with unexpected results. I’ve never been to Minnesota and I’m not sure this book is the sales tool for the tourism office, but I definitely want to see more of Lyle Dahms.
