Marketing Plan
SkipJack Publishing and author Pamela Fagan Hutchins are promoting Leaving Annalise and the Katie & Annalise series with a 60-city book tour, including 70 bookstore signing events (40 Barnes and Noble, 20 Hastings Entertainment, and 10 independents), multiple speeches, and many media interviews (print, radio, podcast, and television). In addition, Leaving Annalise received its own blog tour of 25 blogs, with fifteen stops occurring during its pre-launch phase and the ten biggest stops to occur concurrent with its official November 8th launch, for an expected tour circulations of over 500,000 subscribers to the various blogs on the tour. SkipJack and Ms. Hutchins will promote Leaving Annalise through their e-newsletter lists (~4000 readers), social media (Ms. Hutchins has 1600 Facebook fans, nearly 6,000 Twitter followers, and a website averaging 40,000 hits per year), and a video book trailer.
