Deep in Siberia, someone has claimed this title for himself already, a man thought to have been assassinated years ago but lives due to unknown and twisted volt-tech science. This man is Grigori Rasputin, one of the last remaining relics of Imperial Russia, and he seeks vengeance upon the new Soviet rulers of his country before expanding his wrath to the world beyond. Raymond finds himself on a wild adventure to stop this seemingly undead oppressor, one involving flying trains, artillery duels, monstrous mutated reptiles, and a potential budding romance with one of his closest cohorts, but the most peculiar event of it all might involve his organization's mysterious leader.
