Madi Merek was born and raised a country girl in the beautiful city Denver, Colorado. She spent her summers in the mountains on her family’s ranch and cabin, where she learned to fish, ride horses, and ride an ATV.
Madi steered far from the country boys she grew up with when she married a sexy, city-boy rock god from Los Angeles in July 2008. He’s an executive at a music publishing house, and has introduced her to a whole new world of music and bands. Their beautiful daughter, Scarlett Shoshannah Rose, was born in November 2010, and is their miracle.
Though Madi has worked a full time job in banking for 7 years, her real career is writing, and her very first novel was finished at fourteen. Jon and Madi spent several years in Los Angeles before moving back to Denver, but they plan to return home to LAlaland soon.
