Ever since she was a child she has been fascinated by stories of exotic, and far away lands filled with secrets waiting to be discovered.
When she was five years old, her family sailed the Pacific Ocean from Australia aboard a ship toward Venezuela, stopping in Tahiti and crossing the Panama Canal. The memories of that trip continue to captivate her imagination. She grew up in Venezuela and went to college in Germany where she graduated as an architect.
Thomas Templeton and the Year of the Vivificus is her first book. With this series she hopes to inspire children to develop an interest in learning about the wonders of the natural world. She lives in Florida with her family and her two cats and during the day works as a children’s footwear designer.
