Description
The animals in the jungle are so absorbed by their tablets, mobile phones, and video game consoles that they even start forgetting to eat! So Monkey comes up with a great idea: BananaNow, a food delivery service!
Monkey is getting rich with his food delivery company in the jungle: BananaNow. The animals spend so much time on computers, video game consoles, and tablets that they don't even bother hunting or looking for food. Monkey works non-stop. He has so many orders every day, but he is exhausted and misses hanging out with his friend Hippopotamus by the river, eating bananas. Will Monkey realize that money is not the most important thing?
A cautionary tale about the perils of working too much, the excessive use of new technologies and not finding time to enjoy life.
Advance Praise
" Illustrations blend cartoonish, colorful animals with real life items, including tablets, computers, gaming chairs, and more. Digital illustrations show great attention to detail on the electronic devices, using bright colors to indicate lights and sound in a way that appeals to younger audiences who are just as drawn to screens."-School Library Journal
