It is such a strong and powerful story, Brooke and Robert are amazing characters and they work so well together. It was not at all what I was expecting from the story, there were twists and turns that where so unexpected and unpredictable.The last few chapters create an exciting sense of what is to come in future books, with Tracie Podger's effective writing style developing into something between E L James and Mario Puzo. Well written, excellent characterization and realistic dialogue against a backdrop of money, power and philanthropy.Tracie writes with a calmness - may sound strange but the book wasn't rushed. The story was on point in that it gripped you from start to finish.Absolutely brilliant! Robert Stone is a dark complex guy and Brooke is the woman made for him. Emotional rollercoaster of a book that left me crying, laughing, sighing and definitely hot! If you love suspense and drama with a HOT Romance then this book may be for you!
