Juggalo—named after the fans of horrorcore hip-hop band Insane Clown Posse (ICP)—is about a large, poorly understood cultural movement with roots in both music and a social pecking order that ostracizes nonconformists. The book explores the lives of those who follow the roster of Psychopathic Records like a religion as well as their leaders, ICP, who extol the virtues of crime and violence.

Author Steve Miller follows the band across America, hanging out with Juggalos before and after shows, but also at work and during family time.
