Sara Stewart was born and brought up in Worcestershire, England, before heading off to the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne to study English Language and Literature. Her thesis on the comparison between Worzel Gummidge’s Devon accent and that of a real Devonian remains an academic talking point to this day (actually that’s a complete lie)!Sara fell into the world of PR and worked in-house and for several PR agencies before setting up her own boutique agency when she moved back to Worcestershire.She includes figure skating, extreme crochet and cacti rearing amongst her fictitious hobbies as her life is pretty dull for the most part, what with work, kids, pets and the like. Not forgetting housework!Whilst I Was Out is her first novel and is due to be published by Pegasus in October 2016.
