Please provide the following information in your profile:
If you are a reviewer/blogger:
-- A direct link to your book review blog or links to other media outlets where your reviews have appeared.
-- Share your email address, so that we can follow-up, and show evidence of timely reviews and have an active blog.
-- If you are a librarian or educator, the name and address of the library/school where you work.
-- If you are a bookseller, the name and address of the bookstore where you work.
Bloomsbury Publishing is more likely to approve requests from NetGalley users who:
-- Provide an affiliation in the "company" field (whether company, publication, bookstore, school, library, blog, etc.)!
-- Have above average access to readers (examples: librarians, booksellers, book bloggers with an active following).
Are librarians or booksellers who:
-- Are also bloggers, tweeters, or otherwise instrumental in booktalking
-- Already receive print galleys and would like to switch to electronic (just email your regular publicity contact at Bloomsbury to let us know)
Are bloggers/reviewers who:
-- Include a link to their regularly updated website/blog. Please include the name of your publication/blog/library in the Company field, so we don’t have to hunt it down.
-- Include information about their "reach" or online presence (such as number of unique visitors and commenters per month, followers and page views, and Twitter and Facebook pages)
-- Send us a review within NetGalley, noting name of the publication/blog/outlet where your review will be published/posted, a link (for blog/online reviews), and the run date for when the review will be posted/published.
-- Have been actively reviewing for six months or more
-- Share their e-mail addresses in their public bio, so that Bloomsbury can follow up if necessary
-- Blogs must be written in the English language and based in the United States.
Please contact us with your finished reviews, either through NetGalley or some other means.
We don’t automatically approve every request for every book and sometimes limit the number downloads per title, so please don’t be worried if you’re not approved for every request.
If your request is approved, you must send us your review within NetGalley with specific information about where the review is posted, including the date published and a link to the review.
Bloomsbury appreciates your interest in our books and respectfully requests that you do not publish reviews until 30 days prior to the book's pub date.
Bloomsbury Publishing reserves the right to accept or decline requests on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: Bloomsbury Publishing will be releasing a limited number of NetGalleys and all titles will be discontinued on NetGalley a month before the on sale date of the book.
