I really loved Camille and Mathias as characters and a love interest. I have not read the previous 3 books. However, I was not lost in the story and I still got to know the other characters without taking away from Camille. I definitely enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this book I loved the premise of this book. This was a sweet quick romance read and I loved the connection and chemistry between the characters. This is the first book that I have read by abbie and I will be reading more

I quite enjoyed this book it was a little slow at times but was an interesting read.Not really my usual read but would try more from this author.Worth a go.

This story is a true old fashioned love story. Camille had a relationship with a young man & ended up pregnant. She's dropped out of school to have her baby & in the meantime, becomes obsessed with a man in a photo. While investigating the photo & the history of the mans family, Camille meets his descendant Mathias & developed feelings for him.

This book was difficult for me. I'm not sure if it was that the beginning took a while to get going & seemed to drag or what. I had trouble connecting with the characters & becoming invested in the story. I do feel there are people who will love this story. It just wasn't to my taste for some reason.

The description of this book made it sound better than it was. It moved very slowly. Did not hold my interest. This is the first book I have read by this author. I will try another of her books. Could be I just did not care for this one.
