I decided not to finish this book because I didn't feel a strong connection to the story or characters. I will not be rating it or writing a full review, but I appreciate the opportunity.

Oh, wow! Lexxie Couper really brought us on a wild ride with this story in the Bandicoot Cove series. Kennedy, Luke and Addison were hot, funny and intense.

A butterfly? Yep, that’s what brings the three of them together on Bilby Island. Well, that’s what brings Ado face to face for the first time with her. But, Luke and Kennedy have met before and he hasn’t been able to get her off his mind. Now, what do they do? How do they handle the attraction between the three of them? How does Luke walk away from the woman who set his world on fire? How does Kennedy feel? Is Ado ready to give up his philandering ways? So many questions and just a little novella to answer them.

This is classic Lexxie Couper. Hot sex and a heart-wrenching story. Two sexy men and a woman with one hell of a decision to make. I, for one, was thrilled with the ending. Ado came off as a little too self-assured and Kennedy and Luke had a past. Albeit, just a one night stand but, a past just the same. I loved how Ms. Couper brought them together, tore them apart and then brought the story to an HEA that put a smile on my face.

A M/M/F novella of one woman's journey to find love. Take a trip to a tropical island where she will encounter two men who will change her forever and force her hand at what she truly needs.

An intense relationship that singes the pages.

Part of a series that can be read as a standalone.

I can't believe I've been missing out on this phenomenal writer. She has this ability to put you right smack dab in the middle these people's encounters. And OMG are they good! I am enthralled with this writer's way of sucking you in and not letting you go until "the end" pops up. Her stories are unbelievably hot and believable. I will be reading this whole series, you can bet your bippy on that one.
I whole heartily recommend any book she has written, but beware as you will be in for one hot as hell read

Kennedy has a brush with death in the form of a butterfly that has her fall into the arms of two find men. One is a one-night stand from four months ago and the other is his insanely hot cousin. What to do when alone on an island with two available men? Oh yeah…test drive both of them. Sunset Heat is a smoking hot, emotional whirl wind, and intense novella. When emotions enter the equation who will Kennedy chose? Luke or Addison? 3.5 stars!

Sunset Heat is the story of Kennedy, Addison, and Luke. A one night stand in America between Kennedy and Luke, things ended without closure. Now bandicoot Cove has a new photographer and her first event is Luke's best friends wedding. Coming into contact again is quite the run in.

It's a good story of two men fullfilling a fantasy for Kennedy. However when their feelings start to get involved things are not going to quite end the happily ever after for everyone. Who will get her? The British Rake or the Aussie firefighter?

Sunset Heat is book two in the Bandicoot Cove: The Wedding series by Lexxie Couper.

Four months ago Luke Beasley had been in New York and met Kennedy Collins in a bar. They had an earth shattering night together, shared a connection that Luke had never felt before. But while he was in the shower, Kennedy ran. He has spent the last four months dreaming about her, but had no idea how to find her. He’s back home in Australia. It’s Mack and Aidan’s wedding at Bandicoot Cove and Luke is the best man. His plus one is his cousin Addison Lancaster. But, it’s the brand new hotel photographer that took his breath away, because it was the very fantasy of the last four months, Kennedy.

Four months ago Kennedy had just been dumped from a three year relationship for being too kinky. She was trying to drink away her troubles when she met the sexy Aussie, Luke. He was just supposed to be rebound guy, but she knew deep down he was more. So, she ran. Now she has this fabulous new job in Australia as photographer at Bandicoot Cove. She doesn’t need complications.

Kennedy is deathly afraid of butterflies, it’s a true phobia. And when she is in full throttle panic mode running out of her suite to escape a killer butterfly, there he is, the center of every erotic dream she has had for the last four months. But right next to him is another seriously hot guy who she later realizes is his cousin, Addison.

Addison Lancaster grew up in England but he and Luke are more like brothers than cousins. When he first saw Kennedy in full on panic mode, he can’t believe his response to her. It’s nothing he has ever experienced before. It’s obvious, though, that there is some sort of history between Luke and Kennedy. It’s Kennedy who finally voices what they are all thinking, that maybe they could all three be together, a menage.

It’s funny that it takes sharing a woman with your best friend to bring clarity but that’s exactly what happened. Luke knows he’s in love. But who will Kennedy choose?

“Trust me. There’s something about this island that seems to know what the heart needs.”

This was such a sweet story. Of course the steamy scenes were scorching. But these three characters were so easy to love. Lexxie Couper is such an amazing author and I have loved everything I’ve read of hers so far! Once again, I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Bandicoot Cove on Bilby Island. I hope you’ll get a chance to visit there soon as well.

As with almost all short books I can only give three stars. Not because the book isn't good but I find I always would like a little more.

This threesome not fail to light a fire. I found myself like one man more than the other, but I won't share who.
I will say that the opening scene had me laughing in stitches.
Another fun add to a cute series of short stories.
I look forward to what we get next.

Kennedy never expected to run into Luke, the hot Australian firefighter she had a mind-blowing one-night stand with four months ago.. Even more surprising is how equally turned on she is by his hunky British cousin, Addison.

Finding the feisty, flirty American he met at a New York bar is a surprise for Luke. Even more surprising is how he can’t stop thinking about sharing the woman of his dreams with his cousin.

Always the player, Addison invited himself along on his cousin’s weekend away at the sinfully hot Bandicoot resort looking for some fun. But how can he tell his cousin they’re interested in the same woman? And that he doesn’t only want her body?

Seriously, can there by anything sexier than a Brit and an Australian in a menage. Whew! I thought this was a really good story about Luke, Kendall and Addison. It's a short novella, so there isn't a lot of depth to the story, but it was a good, hot read. Luke and Kendall has met 4 months ago in NY. When they turn up at the same wedding in Australia, their chemistry is still as hot as it was the night of their one night stand. Kendall is also attracted to Addison and they decide to embark on a hot night together. When it's over, Luke is torn up and doesn't want to share Kendall. Can Kendall choose between the two of them? Talk about a hard choice! This was an enjoyable quick read.

Yeah not a bad read. I wonder if the author is taking the Piss out of Australian's or is one herself. At one point in time I was thinking about closing the book over some of the things said. I was offended (as an Australian woman myself) with that on the side. It was a good fast read. The characters are lovable. The plot strong.

I wanted to love this one as much as the others, but I just couldn't. Luke was AMAZING, but I hated Kennedy at the end of the novella. It's hot, and sexy, but just left me unhappy.
