it was an okay read but for me, I don't enjoy when one (or both) of the main characters in my romances has loved & been married before. That is just my own personal preferences as it takes away from enjoying the romance taking place when my mind goes wondering always to the ex and their life together as well as feeling that the h (or H in many cases) is second choice - which is why I took a star as it lost me from that point on in the story...

Runaway bride Camilla Lockwood's escape was not without trial. Jilting her fiancee at the altar, she jumps in her beemer and flees, only to be run off the road into a steep ravine on a mountain.
Trekking up the steep slope in Laboutins and her wedding gown, shedding the shoes and petticoat on the way, led to a bruised and bedraggled appearance.
Relaxing at his cabin at a bonfire coking hot dogs with his dog, Garrett Bravo looks up at the spectre she created when she stumbled into his campsite.
After refusing to be taken to a doctor, she made herself comfortable at the cabin with Garret for a few days. Needed respite for both, they talked and grew comfortable together.
Both had personal issues to work out and ended up supporting each other through them.
This is a sweet and steamy western romance in the Bravo Family series and you won't want to miss it.
I requested and received a NetGalley ARC to my complete delight.
