The first 40%-50% of this book seems to be a pretty typical supernatural thriller hitting all the trope checkmarks. Then about halfway through it starts to divert from the expected to become quite the intriguing and compellING story. The climax is action packed. I highly recommend to the reader that can suspend their disbelief and just enjoy the story.
