Lovingly designed and perhaps (?) a bit aspirational for the average household but well worth dipping into. We usually indulge in one of the seafood recipes, they are highly flavored and not so challenging as to be frustrating. Mr. Ingraham's voice is approachable and inclusive - a recommend for sure.

I hesitated to read or review this book because at first I thought it was just another diet plan book with a few so-so recipes at the back. I'm glad now to have picked it. The author obviously loves food and speaks with passion about eating healthy - but not just "healthy but also so delicious. Take in positive energy, give out positive energy. The recipes are delicious although I do have to tone down the spice levels somewhat. I'm a bit of a wimp that way. All in all, a good book and a worthwhile cooking resource.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

I'm always looking for recipes that are healthy but also have flavor and this book was pretty great. There were several recipes that I am excited to try.

This book is little gem of surprises. There's a variety of recipes that not only look tasty but have ingredients that you should already have or are easy to find. I also noticed the chef uses grape seed oil, something I'm not too familiar with. There are pictures of most all the recipes, which is a big plus. I really eager to try some of these recipes, Good Job, Chef Ingraham!

I received a free copy of Eating Well to Win from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Miami chef to the stars Richard Ingraham has released a new cookbook centered around eating healthy meals to live an inspired life. Ingraham has made a career of working with celebrities and superstar athletes (Dwayne Wade writes the Forward) and now he brings these unique dishes to the masses. I would not characterize this as a typical health or diet cookbook. There is no diet plan to follow or specific ingredient combinations, these are just clean and unique recipes that will help to improve overall health. The dishes are elevated and all sound so delicious that I am not sure what to try first. I am looking forward to the variety from S'mores Pancakes, to Twice Baked Seafood Spaghetti Squash and Grilled Jerk Lobster with Rum Raisin Mandarin Salsa. A few things are out of my comfort zone, Yard Bird, the instructions are easy to follow. The photographs are beautiful and I can not wait to dig in.
