"Fanning the Flame" is an easy and enjoyable read. The author gives many tips on how to stay close to God when you've been a Christian for many years. She offers lots of encouragement and illustrates her points with stories from her own life. She could have gone more into details at some points though. But it was nice to read and I am sure this book will be very helpful for believers that want to reignite their passion for the Lord. This book is not really aimed at newer Christians or for those that have completely walked away from their faith, but it might still contain helpful informations for those readers as well. If you belong to the intended audience though and just want to become a little more passionate for God again, I would really recommend this book to you.
