Bring Me Back is certainly a page turner and it definitely kept me engrossed, wanting to know what the next twist in the tale would be. I have to say, though, that I found the plot a little far-fetched and hard to accept on a number of levels - providing specifics would be giving too much of the story away. Nevertheless, I would recommend the book to anyone who enjoys a good thriller and who is prepared to suspend their doubts of authenticity in the interest of an enjoyable read. Thanks to Harlequin Australia and NetGalley for the ARC.

B.A. Paris' novels are always a favourite of mine. Bring Me Back however would have to be my least favourite. The book centres around Finn and his life ten years after his girlfriend Layla went missing from a rest area on a holiday with him. Finn was a complicated, angry, complicated mess that obviously had not dealt well with the fallout of Layla's disappearance and throughout the whole novel was seriously unlikeable and I had no idea how his new fiancé could even stand him really. I guess in turn it all made sense in the end but this was not one of B.A.'s usual unputdownable books that I have come to know. I have to admit the ending was not what I expected and I didn't actually see that coming which was nice! Whoever thought that Russian dolls could come across so creepy? Well here we are. Anyway - good, not fantastic as I've come to expect.

Thank you to netgalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Where to start... my goodness this book was incredible!! Once I started reading I could not put it down.. I just had to keep reading.. so addictive!

12 years ago Finn and his girlfriend Layla where on their way home from holidays when they stopped for a bathroom break and Layla disappeared. Finn didn't, tell the police everything about that night...

Now Finn has moved on and is engaged to Layla's sister Ellen. That is when Finn starts to believe that Layla is back... but where has she been and what does she want?

I have been a big fan of BA Paris' 2 previous books and could not wait to read this one. And I certainly wasn't disappointed. The story is fantastic, the characters are real and you start to feel all the emotions along with them.

A very big thank you to Harlequin Australia and NetGalley for an advanced copy of this book to read and enjoy in exchange for my honest opinions. I will tell anybody who will listen just how good this book is... do not miss it!!
