We had a double maths class once a week at school, and our teacher would give us five minutes off between them to take a tour of the green trees visible from our floor in order to refresh ourselves. That was the first time I had noticed this concept being voiced. Despite keeping that in mind since that year, I still was not aware that there is an actual name and science for the idea of trees directly imparting not just a feeling of wellness but actual measurable improvements.

The book is a poor substitute for an actual trip into a forest (after reading so much about it) but the pictures make up for some of that loss. It is a mixed bag of information, from the basics of forest therapy and even other connected information. It was an interesting read, and it might fuel interest in people to actually look up the practice and follow through with actually implementing it.
