This is a great historical mystery. It’s very well written and fun to read. The characters are well developed and likeable. The plot of the novel flowed nicely chapter by chapter and kept me interested. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

I absolutely loved this book! I read it in an afternoon when I should have been doing more practical things! It's 1913 and this novel centers around a murder in Greenwich Village where friends Louise and Callie live. I loved the characters (at least the characters we are supposed to like!) and I genuinely enjoyed learning more about all of them, and some of the unfolding backstory before Louise moved to New York. The murder mystery was well done - I did take a guess it towards the end right before the characters did, but that doesn't take away from how much I liked this book. I will certainly be picking up future books!
